The Separation between State and Religion

In time we will realize that Democracy is the entitlement of individuals to every right that was in its times alloted to kings. The right to speak and decide, to be treated with decency, to serve and be served by people in a State of “love” that is, to serve with one’s work for the development of ‘life’. To belong to the Kingdom of Human Beings without racial, national, social or academic separations. To love and be loved. To die at the service of the whole and be honored in one’s death, for one’s life and work was legitimately valued. To be graceful and grateful. To have the pride and the humility of being One with the Universe, One with every realm of Existence, One with every living and deceased soul. To treat with dignity and be treated with dignity for One is dignified together with All others and Life itself. To walk the path of compassion, not in the sorrow of guilt but in the pride of being. To take responsability for one’s mistakes and sufferings and stand up again and again like a hero and a heroine and face the struggle that is put at one’s feet and in one’s hands. Millions of people, millions and millions of people might take many generations to realize the consciousness of our humaneness but there is no other dignified path for the human being.

The “work” as I conceive it is psychological and political. Psychology is the connection between the different dimensions within one’s self and Politics is the actualization of that consciousness in our practical lives. Religion is the ceremony that binds the connectedness between the individual and the Universe. The separation between religion, politics and science, the arts and sports is, in the sphere of the social, the reflection of the schizophrenia within the individual and the masses. The dialogue between individuality and the "human" belongs to consciousness. The tendency to develop cults resides in the shortcomings we’are finding in life as it is structured today. “Life” has become the private property of a few priviledged who cannot profit from it because as soon as it is appropriated it stops to be “life” or “life-giving”.

We are all the victims of our own invention and each one is called upon to find solutions. The only problem is believing our selves incapable of finding them. We are now free to use all Systems of knowledge objectively, sharing them without imposing our will on each other. To become objective about our lives means to understand that the institutions that govern its experience are critically important. That we are one with the governments, one with the religious activities that mark its pace, that the arena’s in which we move our bodies and the laboratories in which we explore our possibilities are ALL part and parcel of our own personal responsibility. That WE ARE ONE WITH EACH OTHER AND EVERYTHING AROUND US and acknowledge for ourselves a bond of love in conscious responsibility. That we human beings know ourselves part of each other and are willing and able to act on our behalf for the benefit of each and every individual. That we no longer allow governments, industries, universities or any other institution to run along unchecked by the objective principles of humaneness. That we do not allow gurus to abuse their power or governors to steal the taxes and use them to their personal advantage in detriment of the whole. That we do not allow abuse from anyone anywhere because life is too beautiful to do so and that we are willing to stop the rampant crime with the necessary compassion Conscious knowledge is every individual's right. Conscious action is every individual's duty.

Elena on Mr. Julian Assange

Elena: It's amazing how similar the world functions to cults. I wonder what ex-fellowship members think when they look at what is happening with Mr. Assange and see exactly the same thing that happened to us  in the cult. They probably won't look at it as they would not look at the cult and failed to act legally against its abuses. As I said in the fofblog, they had already been brainwashed to act the way they acted long before they even joined the cult and that is what is most painful about it, because the chances of their ever actually understanding what is happening to them are meek.

Individuals are only truly empowered when they know they can act in their society no matter the consequences. Being killed is, of course, a possibility, but dying is not a crime. Overcoming the fear of being killed is the only way of actually beginning to live one's times. Overcoming the fear does not mean not being afraid, we are naturally afraid of being hurt, but being able to stand up for what one believes above the fear is what makes a man or a woman enough of a human being to represent the freedom within, struggling to actualize the freedom without. Knowing is not enough, freedom needs to be actualized in our lives in practical acts.

We are not really fighting other human beings but fighting aspects of our selves that need to be evaluated and redirected. We will win and once we've won, others will question us and stand up for even greater aims but taking this step is inevitable. We are right for our times but not right enough for the future and that is what life is about in its evolving power. Each generation has, like each individual, the opportunity to live up to its times and hold up the flag of freedom with courage.

This is an important flag that Mr. Assange is holding up. It is one in which we attempt to limit the obscurity of power without consciousness for the human being in every nation, people and individual.

The American Nation has struggled to stand up for the limitation of such power from the moment it established its independence. History repeats itself and America is now acting as the power wishing to hold itself above others and the time has come for it to deliver itself. We have a strange way of "falling back on ourselves" as if we needed a "retrograde motion" to take new impulse.

Our times are not about Americans or anti-americans, Europeans or anti-europeans, third world or half way in between, they are about human beings everywhere. Human beings, all equally needing and deserving equal rights.

It is a beautiful time to be alive and to work towards that aim with joy. Those who work against it are like levers that "guide the process" so that the outcome is the real image of what our "being" today can hold to. It is a very slow process to freedom what we'll be watching, in fact, it's been a very slow process to get here. The whole of history is filled with such struggles for greater freedom and justice, greater transparency between us, greater connectedness between us and if we compare our selves to the status quo a hundred years ago, we should be proud of where we've come to land. We were about to experience the full power of fascism trying to take over the whole world. (Are we there again?)

Was the internet not the invention of America's scientific research? Is the will of the American people greater than its conscious reasoning? For it was its will what created the internet even if its reasoning is now saying that the internet is TOO democratic for its taste.

Each nation gives humanity what its will is capable of and we should experience great gratitude to each other for there is not one that doesn't have "miracles" to offer us.
People identified with their nationality and afraid of their humanity are in a very normal process of detachment. It is difficult to let go of the identification with one's family and even more with one's society and more than that with one's nation. But anyone who can hold him and herself up without fear, can hold her family, society and nation with dignity, knowing and understanding their qualities as much as their weaknesses without any of them standing in contradiction with the human within us all.

To let go of the weaknesses of one's family, society and nation and stand firmly for the freedom of the human being is the consciousness of maturity. To dwindle in the opposing forces of right or wrong and hang one's self or each other in the wrong doings is madness. We have the POWER to overcome our mistakes, that is the real power of POWER. That is Will.

Power is not about meddling in the struggle of opposing forces but about standing above them. If the American people remember themselves and what they've fought for for centuries, they will know that they have been one of the greatest forces in landing us to a more democratic world in which we all have the right to take part. That is what this is all about and affirming our humaneness before each other is a  great and wonderful thing.

True teachers are not frustrated when their pupils overcome them. That is how it should be. Life moves freely in our lives and freedom passes from one to the other able to carry it across its times. We are born and die but we live when we incarnate the freedom of the human being in our lives for even a short time. We cannot experience more gratitude and fulfillment than that.
